Metal meditation

- Feel how powerful you are -

This is a small text area for the description of the project. Write a bit about the purpose, inspiration or success of the project here and let the images tell the rest of the story.
Metal people are born leaders. They know exactly where they want to go and leave little room for others to direct.
They communicate about this very clearly and directly, which can often come across as bluntly to others.

Metal likes to shine on the outside, which you also see in people with this element. They value 'how they are seen' and can therefore sometimes make things look more beautiful from the outside than they are at the core.
They like to look well-groomed and value material things.
Metal people are sensitive and especially metal very spiritual.

This meditation helps you to connect (deeper) with this element. This allows you to bring these qualities out in yourself and make them more powerful. So that you can stand confidently, determine your way and, above all, discover the softness in yourself.

Enjoy it!

Connecting to the element Metal

In this meditation you can enjoy the wonderful, soothing tones of singing bowls and a koshi. A koshi is a wind chime. I chose the air koshi for this meditation, as metal equals that element.

In order to connect you even better with metal, I would like to ask you to pick up a metal object that is important to you or that you have recently acquired or found. It carries the right energy and helps you to find the floor.
You can also choose to meditate outside, near a metal object or metal-containing stones. Dare to be creative and trust your gut.

Enjoy it!

Duration: 10 minutes

Prepare a pen and paper in advance, so that you can write down your experiences afterwards. To help you with this, I have come up with a number of questions for you. You can find it under the meditation.

After the meditation

After the meditation, take 5 minutes to write down your experiences.
  • Where was your energy at the beginning of the meditation?
  • How did the connection with the object feel?
  • What did you experience during the sound of the singing bowls / koshi?
  • Did you get certain insights?
  • Did you feel the energy of metal charging you?
Write down everything that comes to your mind, even if it doesn't seem relevant or you can't post it. These are often points that become clear (sometimes days) later.
